What the service is

HumanTalky estimates whether text reads like machine-written text, flags and fixes common AI writing habits, cleans hidden characters from text, and rewrites text. Results are estimates produced by statistics and AI models.

Detector results are a signal, not proof

A score can be wrong. Short, translated, edited or very formal writing can be misjudged in either direction. You must not use a HumanTalky result as the only basis for accusing anyone of using AI, or for a grade, disciplinary, hiring or legal decision. We make no promise about accuracy, and we cannot promise that any text will or will not be flagged by another tool.

Rewrites and your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use rewritten text, for checking it is accurate, and for following the rules of your school, employer or publisher about AI assistance and disclosure. Do not use the service to deceive others about authorship where disclosure is required, to produce unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, or to infringe anyone's rights. You must have the right to submit the text you paste.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or scrape the service, bypass its limits, or use it to build a competing service. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

Accounts, plans and limits

Daily limits depend on your plan and may change. Paid plans, when offered, are described on the pricing page and the refund page.

Your content

You keep your rights in your text. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, and, only if you tick the share box or create a share link, to store it as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using results. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
